The Business Magazine's listing of fast-rising SMEs in the Thames Valley will be published in the March/April issue - part of a new campaign sponsored by business advisers Wilson Partners and law firm Herrington Carmichael.

The Thames Valley SME 100 Growth Index will highlight the firms under £12 million and above £2m turnover that have grown significantly in the past year.

The top SMEs will be invited to an event in the summer when prizes will be awarded in categories including innovation, technology, management team, and best employer.

Judges will visit 'long-listed' companies on the list and decide on finalists who will be invited to the summer event.

The Index pulls data from Companies House records. Any SMEs that would like to feature in the Index and highlight their growth should contact Linda Morse at linda@elcot.co.uk.

The listing will be published in the March/April print issue and feature online.

David Murray, publisher of The Business Magazine, said: "SMEs in the region are often creative and incredibly industrious companies that pack a big punch despite their size. The top 100 based on turnover growth will be a list of Thames Valley success stories - and we are looking forward to revealing the details."

Wilson Partners is an award-winning firm of chartered accountants and business professionals, headquartered at Maidenhead. Herrington Carmichael is a full-service law firm based in Wokingham, Camberley and London.
