SEGRO, the leading developer and owner of warehouse space, has strengthened its development team in Thames Valley with the appointment of Dan Holford as director, technical development.
Holford joins from construction consultancy Feasibility, where he spent 14 years and developed expertise in the delivery of modern industrial space and created a first-class network.
He joins at a time of ambitious growth and in his new role, Holford will play a key role in leading the team responsible for the development projects across SEGRO’s Thames Valley portfolio.
Holford will report to James Craddock, managing director for the Thames Valley and data centres.
Craddock, SEGRO managing director for Thames Valley and data centres, said:
