Pitmans, the Thames Valley’s largest commercial law firm, has acted for Residential Land in legally establishing a joint venture with Uberior Ventures to create two property trading funds totalling initially in excess of £400 million in respect of prime residential property in Central London.
The acquisition involved a team of corporate, banking and property lawyers including Janice Wall, Patrick Long and David Carr.
Janice Wall, corporate partner at Pitmans, who lead the deal, commented: "We were delighted to once again work with this client. Residential Land is a longstanding client of ours and we have enjoyed supporting Bruce Ritchie in this joint venture with Uberior Ventures and also working with his company as it continues to move forward and grow. This work demonstrates Pitmans’ growing presence as a provider of legal services in London as well as in the Thames Valley Region."
