Associate solicitor, John Dingle, has joined the property law team of Thames Valley solicitors Blandy & Blandy in Reading, from Morgan Cole. Dingle is experienced in a wide range of transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential developments and investments, secured lending, and public and private health sector work.

Emma Elkington qualified as a solicitor in September 2012 and joins Blandy & Blandy from Southampton firm, Coffin Mew. She has experience in commercial landlord and tenant work, investment sales and purchases, secured lending and pension property transactions.

Jannicke Brar has recently completed her training contract at the firm and on qualification as a solicitor has joined the property team as an assistant solicitor, working with Katja Wigham.

Also joining is Lesley Quinn, a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (GCILEx), who has worked for the past seven years at Dickens & Co, Crowthorne. Quinn specialises in residential conveyancing, including freehold, leasehold transactions, probate sales and matrimonial property transfers.

Jane Gunnell, head of property law, commented: “I am delighted that we can announce such high-calibre appointments to further strengthen our existing team at a time when the property market is picking up pace and we are experiencing a high volume of new instructions.”

The property team, together with its partners Jane Gunnell and Katja Wigham, is ranked in 'Chambers UK 2013' and 'The Legal 500 2012'.
