Thames Valley: Blake Lapthorn to host HR forum: 'Key considerations under TUPE'

Managers and HR professionals in the Thames Valley are invited to a free forum: 'Key considerations under TUPE', to be hosted by law firm Blake Lapthorn. The event takes place on Tuesday May 13 from 8.40am to 10am at Seacourt Tower, West Way in Oxford.

TUPE is a complex area of law which offers significant protection to employees involved in a transfer and obligations for the new employer. Recent changes to TUPE will impact on the way that organisations handle transfers.
