Swindon real estate tech company snapped up by Canadians for £91.5 million

A Canadian legal tech company has bought Swindon-based TM Group for £91.5 million.

TM Group is a leading provider of technology-enabled real estate due diligence solutions used by law firms and conveyancers to complete residential and commercial real estate transactions across EnglandWales and Scotland.

Matt Proud, CEO of Dye & Durham, said: "We are pleased to be announcing this latest acquisition as it allows us to further scale our business in the UK and deliver top-tier solutions to the property conveyancing market participants who rely on our technology for their day-to-day activities."

TM Group was established in 1999. Bu 2008 it had become a Microsoft Gold Partner and in 2011 it processed its 10 millionth search. By 2013 it was winning awards and in 2018 it was on its own acquisition trail, acquires the majority share of Conveyancing Data Services (CDS).

Dye & Durham Limited is a leading provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions designed to improve efficiency and increase productivity for legal and business professionals. The Company has operations in Canada, the United KingdomIreland and Australia, and has a strong customer base that includes law firms, financial service institutions, and government organisations.
