Will Hadley (property), Claire Merritt (employment), Ed Watson (property), Chris Holliss (dispute resolution), Clare McCauley (company commercial), and Elizabeth Power (tax and estate) are now partners of the firm.

The firm has seen significant growth in recent times. Fifty new team members have been recruited in the past 18 months. The firm now has 43 partners and a total complement of over 200 working at its offices in Southampton and Winchester.

Peter Taylor, managing partner commented: “Paris Smith takes great pride in having a very low staff turnover, with around half its partners coming through the ranks. A key element of our purpose as a firm is to enable people to flourish and succeed. That applies both to our clients and our staff. I am delighted that we have been able to promote so many of our highly-talented lawyers this year. It bodes very well for the future of the firm."
