Moore Blatch has promoted associate solicitor David Bright from the corporate and commercial team in the Southampton office to partner.
He joined Moore Blatch from Horsey Lightly in December 2009 and was promoted to associate solicitor in May 2014. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, business affairs, joint ventures, company restructuring and partnership matters.
He also sits on the board of the Oasis Charitable Trust and Oasis Charitable Partnership, a worldwide organisation spanning 11 countries, including India, Bangladesh and South Africa, though in addition it runs 47 academies across the UK. The trust works with local communities initiating innovative projects and campaigns, such as the creation of new health centres and libraries.
