Southampton: Clarke Willmott strengthens its commercial property team
Law firm Clarke Willmott LLP in Southampton has strengthened its commercial property team with three appointments.
David Ralley-Davies, who specialises in commercial-freehold and leasehold acquisitions, joins as a solicitor after a career break during which he acted as chief executive officer for a well-known national equestrian charity. He has experience in agricultural and equestrian purchases and sales. Sasha Jewhurst takes up her first position as a fully-qualified solicitor; and Samuel Flowers, who recently finished his legal practice course, joins as a paralegal.
Peter Swinburn, head of commercial property at Southampton, said: “David’s expertise includes acting for commercial landlords in the preparation of estate-sale and acquisition contracts. He is also able to advise both landlords and tenants in relation to all aspects of a commercial property transaction.”
