South: Spectrum shortlisted for top corporate finance award

Spectrum Corporate Finance has been shortlisted in the Corporate Financier of the Year category at the unquote" British Private Equity Awards 2017.

The awards celebrate innovation and excellence in private equity and venture capital, as well as honouring the industry's ability to help build British businesses - and in doing so, foster the wider economy.

Spectrum has had a successful year, completing 24 transactions within the qualifying period, of which 19 involved private equity as either the funder, client or buyer.

In January, Spectrum opened its third office, located in London Mayfair, mainly driven by an increased interest in debt advisory services from private equity contacts, and to provide a base for London-based clients to meet with the Spectrum team.

Since then Spectrum has continued to grow its team across the region and now has 17 experienced professionals working across three offices, making Spectrum the largest independent corporate finance business in the South, focused purely on lead and debt advisory.

Voting for the awards has opened, and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on October 3, at the Brewery, London.
