HW Corporate Finance, led by partner Richard Hall and assistant director David Wrench, has provided financial due diligence for Altitude Partners LLP on its recent growth capital investment in Chameleon Worldwide Travel.

Based in Hampshire, Chameleon is a leading special-interest tour operator within the soft adventure and nature sectors consisting of five unique brands: Adventure Worldwide, Families Worldwide, Schools Worldwide, Walks Worldwide and Chameleon Tailor-Made.

Chameleon Worldwide Travel has generated extremely high levels of growth across all brands following an MBO in 2012, largely as a result of its specialist knowledge and insightful consultants.  With further growth forecast for the year ending October 31, 2015, Chameleon was looking to increase the size of its operations and scale its back office systems, to support higher levels of business – leading to the investment from Altitude.

On its collaboration with HWCF, Altitude commented: “Richard and David provided insightful and timely due diligence with strong analysis and a pragmatic approach.  We were very pleased with the service they provided and their knowledge of the industry metrics.”

Mark Wright, managing director ofChameleon Worldwide Travel, added: "HW Corporate Finance provided us with a really comprehensive report – we definitely learned some things about our business as a result. I am sure we will be incorporating some of your analysis into our reporting going forward."

Hall enthused: “It was great to work with the team at Altitude Partners again on this new investment. Backing an experienced management team, Altitude has supportedChameleon Worldwide Travel, bolstering an established platform and positioning it for further solid growth.”
