South East based Sillence Hurn welcomes new additions
Sillence Hurn Building Consultancy has welcomed two new additions as the firm continues its growth across the South East and London areas.
Over the past year the firm’s team has doubled as it provides additional support to its fast-growing client base. This year the team has welcomed Geoff West, Associate, and Michael Temlett, Building Surveyor.
Geoff heads up the project services team and has a keen ambition for delivering projects effectively, sustainably, and implementing innovative working practises for Contract Administration and Project Management service offerings. Having managed large-scale development projects with a value of £17-million, Geoff (RICS Chartered) has experience in all facets of the construction industry from building surveys to contract administration and Employer’s Agent roles.
Michael strengthens the team with his experience within the education sector submitting Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bids and managing projects along with surveying and architectural services for commercial, residential property, housing associations, and defence. Michael is also RICS qualified and a member of The Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate of GB (ICWCI).

Founded in 2019, Sillence Hurn provides commercial building consultancy and chartered surveying services. It most recently celebrated the opening of its second office space in Fitzrovia, London.
