Coffin Mew’s corporate team, led by Hayley Bevis, a senior associate, has advised the shareholders of OpticReach in the sale of their business, including the entire issued share capital, to Hexatronic Group.

OpticReach, based in Gosport, Hampshire, specialises in leading-edge fibre-optic system solutions and components.

Hexatronic Group AB is incorporated in Sweden, listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange, and eager to enhance its position in the UK market.

OpticReach’s Matt Taylor said: “We would have no hesitation in recommending Hayley Bevis of Coffin Mew, who acted with an assured professionalism during our recent share sale. The process was dealt with in a direct, clear and diligent manner despite some very tight deadlines.”
