Solent: Trethowans acts for Harlow Bros Holdings on purchase of Bolt Building Supplies

The corporate team at Southampton, Poole and Salisbury-based Trethowans Solicitors has advised Harlow Bros Holdings, located near Loughborough, in relation to its purchase of Bolt Building Supplies.

Bolt Building Supplies is an independent builders merchant and timber engineering business, based in Essex, with an annual turnover of £15 million.
