Solent: Portsmouth City Council to host free apprenticeship event

Parents, young people and employers are invited to a free event on apprenticeships to be hosted by Portsmouth City Council.
The event will be held at Portsmouth Football Club on Thursday February 12 from 3pm-6pm, and will include hands-on activities, plus information from employers and advisers.
Areas of employment represented will include construction, engineering, hairdressing, aviation, technology, healthcare, business administration and customer service.
The event will be hosted in conjunction with National Apprenticeship Service and the Association of Learning Providers for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
