Car rental giant Sixt has relocated its UK head office to the recently transformed Keypoint building in Slough.
Sixt has signed up for 6,000 sq ft and a ten year lease at Keypoint, which is owned by Seneca property.

Andrew Baillie of Vail Williams who advised Seneca on the letting, said: "We are delighted to have advised on this deal and to have secured Sixt’s long-term future in Slough.
"With Keypoint’s central location and prime workspace offering, it is no surprise that this has proven to be the perfect fit for the Sixt brand to commit to for the long-term."
Seneca said it has worked with Sixt to deliver a bespoke, fully-fitted suite comprising of office, breakout, meeting and training areas.
It is the second large letting of the month at Keypoint with Thames Valley Buses going into a separate fully fitted suite.

Formed in 2017, Seneca Property is the property investment arm of the Seneca group of specialist investment and lending companies.
