Salisbury-based Bonallack and Bishop has taken on Louise Campbell, a highly-experienced property solicitor who will head up its commercial property team and take the lead in acting for property investors.
Having trained at an Andover firm, Campbell took a high-profile role with a leading UK law practice before returning in 2012 to work locally.
As well as acting in residential-property transactions, she has particular experience of a full range of commercial-property transactions including work on behalf of national self-invested pension-fund providers in the acquisition and disposal of investment property.
Tim Bishop, senior partner, commented: “It’s really exciting to welcome Louise to our property team which is now 12 strong. Her experience of working with clients on a wide range of commercial and residential property transactions, will really strengthen the services we offer.”
