Details: LFO Properties owned a large piece of real estate in Wandsworth with significant development value and planning permissions in place.  It was acquired by Taylor Wimpey with a large overage and earn-out payments contingent upon development and build out. Paris Smith (Jonathan Roy and Jo Spittles) acted for the sellers of the company
