Rygor Commercials is developing its business further and has announced the launch of its newest arm of the business, Rygor MAXUS.

Over the past few years, the Rygor business has gone from strength to strength, investing in extensive renovations of its sites in line with its commitment to excellence. Its latest venture takes the Dealer group into brand new territory as it enters into a franchise agreement with Harris MAXUS, who are the UK distributor for SAIC MAXUS.

Rygor MAXUS, Newbury, will open later this year, with customers benefiting from a specialist sales team and a dedicated MAXUS showroom providing a professional, efficient customer experience. From choosing the best vehicle to suit individual business needs, to help controlling costs at the point of purchase and throughout their ownership of the vehicle; each customer will receive the same exceptional level of service from Rygor MAXUS’ new team, which will be supported in aftersales by Rygor Newbury’s existing service team.

Tim Stacey, Rygor managing director, is excited about this forward-thinking partnership and is confident the new franchise will have a positive impact on customer choice within the commercial van sector in Newbury and the surrounding areas. He said: “We are delighted to be in such a strong business position and to be able to enhance the range of vehicles we offer through this new relationship with MAXUS. At Rygor, we are always evolving, and this exciting new business relationship is another new chapter in our success story. Keeping customers at the heart of our business, investing in our facilities, and looking after our team are all key components to Rygor’s success and we look forward to working alongside MAXUS to Set Standards for our customers.”

Mark Barrett, general manager of Harris MAXUS said: “Rygor is one of the most respected commercial dealer groups in the UK and a welcome addition to the MAXUS dealer network. In extending our network, we look for partners with a proven track record, not only in sales and customer service, but in aftersales too. Part of the MAXUS promise is to always go the extra mile for our customers, so dealerships are selected on the basis that they can provide a full three-sixty degree offering. Geographical location is also important as we continue to build nationwide coverage, and we believe Rygor is the perfect partner for the MAXUS brand and for our customers. There will be a big focus on our latest new platform eLCVs, the eDELIVER3 and the eDELIVER9, and we are looking forward to seeing more MAXUS vans on the road as Rygor joins us on our journey to making the greener motoring option the easier option.”
