Hampshire-based human resources and employment law consultancy ViewHR continues to go from strength to strength after appointing HR associate Candice Openshaw to its ever-expanding team of HR and legal professionals.

Since its formation in 2015, ViewHR has endeavoured to recruit some of the best talent within the industry to reinforce its team and enhance its client service from its Ringwood headquarters. With the addition of Openshaw, ViewHR welcomes a true specialist in the field, who brings a wealth of knowledge to benefit both the company and its clients across the UK.

As an experienced HR director, Openshaw has supported businesses of all levels, from small to medium enterprises (SMEs) going through start-up periods, to companies experiencing rapid growth and periods of transformation. She has successfully built strong HR operations and teams from scratch and shaped organisations’ HR agenda and culture.

Openshaw is passionate about creating engaged and healthy workforces, having seen first-hand not only the commercial benefits but also the cultural impacts of creating a positive working environment. She is both supportive and pragmatic in her approach, and as well as being an experienced strategist, isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and support with all types of HR operational matters, freeing up her clients to fully focus on leading and building their business.

Speaking about her appointment to the ViewHR team, Openshaw said: “I’m delighted to join ViewHR. I think what really marks this company out is the sense of team spirit here. We work together and complement each other really well. We look to each other for support and expertise, and between us, there aren’t a lot of scenarios this team hasn’t seen before”

Gemma Murphy, founder of ViewHR said: “We are delighted to welcome Candice as the latest member of our ViewHR team. Since starting the company in 2015, ViewHR has evolved into a fundamental asset for many businesses and leaders. We pride ourselves on providing flexible and practical HR and employment law guidance to help businesses operate more efficiently and strategically. Candice’s experience and extensive knowledge of the HR industry adds additional value to our HR consultancy business.”
