Retirement housebuilder Churchill Retirement Living has achieved recognition for its outstanding customer service in an independent survey carried out by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and the National House Building Council (NHBC).

The Ringwood-based firm, with developments throughout the UK, has been awarded a maximum five-star rating in the home building industry’s customer satisfaction survey as a result of more than 90% of its customers stating they were delighted with their new home and would recommend Churchill Retirement Living to a friend.

The rating is an acknowledgement of the high level of homeowner satisfaction with the quality of their new home and the service received before, during and after moving in.

An owner at one of the developments said: “I am so happy I moved to a Churchill Retirement Living apartment. Everything is taken care of so I do not need to worry about a thing. The service provided during the buying process and the customer service I receive now living in the Lodge is exceptional. I couldn’t be happier and I would definitely recommend Churchill Retirement Living to a friend.”

Tammie Blount, customer services manager at Churchill Retirement Living, who was presented the award by the housing minister Kris Hopkins, said: “To have nine out of 10 owners say that they are not only happy with the quality of their new home but they would recommend us to others is a fantastic achievement.”

Churchill Retirement Living is a privately-owned and family-run business and its developments enable those who live there to live an independent and healthy retirement in their own apartments, in a like-minded community. Developments comprise of one and two bedroom apartments and owners enjoy access to an owners’ lounge, guest suite, laundry room and landscaped gardens.
