Redditch-based technology firm Unique IQ has been named as the best management technology supplier for the second year running at the 2021 Care Sector Supplier Awards.

The awards celebrate the best suppliers in the care sector, with judges looking for evidence of innovation, enterprise and performance, including Covid-19 response.

Following last year’s digital awards ceremony, Unique IQ emerged victorious in the highly competitive Management Technology category.

Unique IQ was recognised for its hard work in supporting clients in the UK and across Europe through the challenges they faced through the pandemic. The team worked hard to deploy essential and innovative new system features to support emerging COVID-19 procedures, while simultaneously working on a new, next-generation care management system.

David Lynes, CEO and Founder of Unique IQ, said: “We are thrilled and honoured to be recognised by the Care Sector Supplier Awards for the second year in a row for our care management software. We’ve spent the last 18 months doing two things; supporting our customers to manage their care delivery through the challenges of the pandemic and working on the next generation of our technology which will revolutionise the way care providers work. This award is a testament to the adaptability, innovative spirit and genuine passion for the care sector that everyone shares at Unique IQ.

“Our aim is to continue to help care providers increase efficiency, reduce their costs and help them to understand their clients in more meaningful ways through the application of technology.”

Unique IQ’s innovative care management software has been specifically designed to help home care providers digitise a huge array of processes to help them plan, manage, and monitor all aspects of the delivery of home-based, domiciliary care.

From making sure that the best suited carer is matched to the right client, to ensuring that medications are delivered accurately and safely, Unique IQ’s technology is relied upon by home care providers internationally, helping them to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

The Care Sector Supplier Awards are organised by the same team that runs the successful and highly respected Care Home Awards and Home Care Awards, and recognise care sector suppliers in more than 20 categories.
