The world's best-loved and most talked-about air display team, the famous Red Arrows, are set for a spectacular flyover in Hampshire in Summer 2022.
The team behind the brightly-coloured jets have confirmed that they will be wowing crowds in the skies above the county's equally popular Isle of Wight Festival.
The flyover is scheduled to take place on Thursday the 16th of June, on what will be the opening day of the island's historic music event.
As with previous year's festival flyovers, it's expected that the Lincolnshire-based aerial acrobatics team will set off from Bournemouth Airport and fly over the New Forest, Brockenhurst, Lymington and Newport before causing more than 90,000 music fans at Seaclose Park to crane their necks upwards.
This year's Isle of Wight Festival is set to be headlined by Lewis Capaldi, Kasabian and DJ Pete Tong. Other artists scheduled to entertain the crowds include the likes of Muse, Madness, Craig David and Shaggy.
