Hooray is partnering with Oxford Hospitals Charity, which it will be supporting over the next 12 months, and whose representatives will be at the launch party at Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House hotel in Iffley, on Wednesday October 25.

Hooray, which focuses on ethical strategic recruitment solutions, has also appointed experienced recruiter Alex Dean as divisional lead to head up its growth in the county.

"This is another exciting step in our continued growth story and we’re looking forward to delivering a positive impact on the Oxford community," said Richard Arthur, managing director of Hooray.

"Oxford is a great strategic fit for us, it has a strong economy and is world-renowned in all the key sectors we specialise in and is a bridge between Cheltenham and Milton Keynes.

"We’re pleased to welcome Alex into our team, he is highly experienced, shares our core values and will help us develop our Oxford practice."

Dean added: "Hooray has a market-leading reputation for ethical recruiting, where it puts people and community first and that really appealed to me.

"I'm looking forward to helping take the business forward in Oxford, building a team and providing a first-class recruitment service to businesses in the county."
