THP Solicitors, the Thames Valley law firm with offices in Reading and Henley, has announced that Emma Willoughby has joined its residential property team.

Having worked in conveyancing at a regional law firm since 2014, Willoughby is experienced in handling new build purchases and plots sales, as well as all aspects of mainstream residential property transactions. As a result, she has a great understanding of the various help to buy schemes.

Head of residential property Rachel Gaylor said “We are very pleased to welcome Emma to our busy team. Her existing local knowledge and track record of client service dovetails nicely with our own and with a huge increase in demand for excellent conveyancing skills she will make a great addition”.

Willoughby has an LLB from Reading University and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
