Reading: Tech-focused Thames Valley law firm Boyes Turner strengthens commercial and technology group

Leading tech-focused law firm Boyes Turner has further strengthened its focus on the technology and innovation sector with the addition of Amir Kousari to its commercial and technology group.

Kousari brings a wealth of in-house experience to the role, having advised companies and stakeholders across a number of sectors, including manufacturing, retail and financial services.

Having spent three years working for a corporate and financial services provider in Cyprus, where he advised on international corporate and commercial transactions, he returned to the UK to join the legal team of a Sunday Times Top Track 250 company based in Oxford with operations in the UAE, Said Arabia, South Africa, China, Thailand, Malaysia and India.  

Kousari joining is the latest in a series of important additions to the team which was most recently joined by Helen Dobson from Osborne Clarke. Partners Mark Blunden, Bill Gornall-King and Sarah Williamson lead the talented team which is the only IT team ranked as being in Band 1 for the wider Thames Valley region by Chambers & Partners, the authoritative legal services directory.
