Reading: The Sunday Times again lists Covéa Insurance among UK’s Best Companies to Work For

In this year’s Sunday Times survey, Covéa Insurance ranked 98th in the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list, and achieved the Best Companies two-star accreditation which acknowledges excellence in the workplace and recognises outstanding levels of employee engagement.

James Reader, Covéa Insurance chief executive, said: “We put a lot of energy into creating a supportive, challenging and engaging environment in order to attract and retain passionate, driven and motivated individuals. It’s extremely rewarding that our employees continue to feel valued, engaged and excited by our vision.”

The insurer, with a growing workforce, currently at about 1,500, also holds the Investors in People Gold accreditation.
