Reading: RSM appoints new associate director

Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has appointed corporate finance specialist Maya Panova as an associate director in its Reading office.

Panova has more than nine years’ experience in transaction support working with a wide variety of clients from owner-managed businesses to larger mid-tier and multinational groups. Her sector expertise is equally varied, including technology, engineering and business services.

She has worked on national and cross-border transactions in the UK, Europe and Australia. Prior to joining RSM, she worked for EY and second-tier practices.

Rebecca Guerin, RSM corporate finance partner, said: “We are delighted to welcome Maya to the RSM team. She brings with her significant global experience in transaction support and her skill-set will be invaluable to our client base across Reading and the wider southern region.”
