Austin Fraser has secured its position in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 for the second year running. The market-leading recruitment firm, based in Reading, is 20th in the ninth annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league table, ranking Britain’s mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing international sales.

Over the qualifying two-year period, Austin Fraser has seen exponential international growth, with revenue up over 115%. In the past 18 months, global locations have doubled, with offices in Berlin, Denver and Dallas. Further expansion plans in the UK, Europe and the US will be announced later this year.

Earlier this year the group announced a significantly expanded leadership team to propel the Reading headquartered organisation’s global growth. At the same time, the business has been developing deeper relationships in its existing specialist sectors across Technology, Automation, Aviation and Life Sciences industries

Pete Hart, CEO, commented: “We’re genuinely thrilled to place in the top 20 for a second consecutive year. International growth comes with its own set of challenges. As a recruitment partner, we’ve kept that core desire to ensure both our clients’ and candidates’ success at the core of our ethos. I couldn’t be prouder of every team member for making this happen."

Austin Fraser is the sponsor of Tech Employer of the Year in the Thames Valley Tech Awards.
