Specialist bank Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) said it had appointed Tim Mycock as lending director for London and the South East within its development finance team.
He has significant experience within property finance and held senior management positions in bridging, private equity and development finance - in the UK and overseas. His track record spans a range of tenure mixes, including residential, PBSA, Hotel and PRS schemes.

"London and the South East is a crucial region for HTB, and with Tim on board we look forward to delivering the combination of flexible funding and hands-on customer service that is synonymous with the bank," said Neil Leitch, managing director, development finance at HTB.
"Tim has fantastic experience in this industry, and will be a great asset in supporting our brokers and developer clients even when cases have certain tricky or quirky elements to them.
