RSM Tenon has announced the sale of the business and assets of Barden Airport Services by its administrators, Sandy Kinninmonth and Duncan Beat. The business, which was founded in 2003, provided full mechanical and electrical installations, servicing the demands of both commercial and domestic sectors.
RSM Tenon was appointed as administrator on June 18 and Kinninmonth, director of recovery, commented: "We are delighted to have achieved a sale of the business and assets which has resulted in a greater recovery than if the business had ceased to trade and the assets sold on a break-up basis. The key factor of the sale was to ensure continuity of trade for the creditors benefit and for continued business going forward. All 33 members of staff have been transferred to the purchasing company Barden FM."
Barden FM operates from Petersfield in Hampshire and is an approved NIC EIC contractor, gas safe register, safe contractor and holds an ISO 9001 accreditation.
