Commercial catering firm Sprint Group has won the Project Management Award at this year's Catering Insight Awards 2021 to honour the best distributors and suppliers in the market this year.

The Project Management Award was sponsored by Blue Seal, which honours the distributor that has excelled in project management. This year, Sprint completed a wide range of projects across different sectors including Flourish Foodhall and Kitchen in Bristol, The Ivy in Exeter and rolling out a new Burger King format at Parkdean in Porthcawl.

Managing Director, Simon Carpmael, said: “It was a hard-fought category and we’re incredibly proud of this achievement. Well done to all of our fellow nominees.”

This latest award comes just a couple of months after the team won the Foodservice Equipment Journal's 2021 Award for Multi-Site Kitchen Project House of the Year.

The Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen, part of the Cotswold Fayre group, is located on the Glenavon Farm site, Bath Road, Saltford, Bristol, BS31 3TJ.

Sprint Group Ltd worked with Flourish Managing Director Paul Castle and the team, for the design, supply and install of the Kitchen, Servery Counter, Back Bar, Altro Flooring, Hygienic Wall Cladding and Extraction System.

Flourish is a fresh-thinking and friendly place to shop, eat in or take away the most exciting and exceptional range of quality food and drink.  Products are thoughtfully sourced, lovingly prepared and locally supplied wherever possible. Their passion about food and the positive impact can be seen from the moment you walk in.  Delicious food, beautifully prepared, served with a smile and enjoyed in delightful surroundings.  The kitchen is the perfect place to treat the family, meet with friends or to pick up something tasty to take away with you.
