Shoosmiths advise Revolution on acquisition of Peach Pubs

Oxfordshire based Peach Pubs has been acquired by the Revolution Bars Group in a £16.5million deal.

The Revolution Bars Group is based in Tameside but operates 69 bars nationwide, that now grows to 90 with this deal.

Bicester's Peach Bar operate leasehold pubs located across the South of England and Midlands.

Shoosmiths advised on a range of property matters as part of the deal, including due diligence, specialist planning advice and property finance support.

Danielle Davies, chief financial officer at Revolution Bars Group, described Shoosmiths’ expertise as: "A key component to the success of the deal."

Leading the Shoosmiths team was real estate partner Kirsty Chalkley, supported by legal director Simon Dawes, and with specialist input from property litigation principal associate Richard Willcox and planning partner Karen Howard.
