On September 15, law firm Blandy & Blandy LLP welcomed guests to a drinks reception at the Red Lion Hotel in Henley-on-Thames, to celebrate its expansion into the town.

In June Blandy & Blandy acquired the business of long-established Henley-based firm Collins Dryland & Thorowgood LLP.

Guests included the town’s mayor and lady mayoress, representatives from many of Henley’s leading businesses and a number of the firm’s existing clients.

Chairman Brenda Long said: “I am delighted that so many guests were able to join us to mark our new presence in Henley. We already advise many private and commercial clients based in the town and across South Oxfordshire and look forward to welcoming new clients in the future.

"Henley is also home to many leading professional firms, including accountants, banks, property agents, surveyors and financial advisers, whom we also look forward to working more closely alongside.”

Ranked as a top-tier firm by the UK’s two leading legal directories, Chambers UK Guide and The Legal 500, Blandy & Blandy is now home to 20 partners and over 100 staff.

Partners Karen Jones, Simon Dimmick, Katja Wigham, John Dingle and Jane Gunnell
