Osborne Clarke Bristol facilitates 4most sale to Phoenix Equity Partners
Partners from the Bristol office of Osborne Clarke have advised risk analytics and modelling solutions provider 4most, and its management team, on the company’s acquisition by Phoenix Equity Partners.
4most, which was founded in 2011 and works from offices in London, Leeds, Dublin and Bangalore, works with banks and insurers to create regulatory and non-regulatory risk and pricing modelling solutions in the credit and actuarial risk markets, supporting more than 100 financial services providers in the past five years.

Its existing management team will continue to run the business and oversee its future growth.
Osborne Clarke's team was led by corporate Partners David Ferris and Alisdair Livingstone who were supported by Associate Director Ed Nisbet, Senior Associates Oliver Woods and Jack Wellington and Associates Gemma Boucher and Zarina Alexander. Partner Michael Carter and Senior Associates Rhiannon Jones and Stuart Rose provided incentives advice while Partner David Nisbet and Associate Director Rob Thomas advised on tax.
