Newbury-based telephone answering service company, Verbatim, was featured on Sky C212 and the BBC’s business channel on C401 on Monday this week in a high-profile programme about effective business communications.
A film crew spent several hours in January filming the award-winning company at its offices on the Greenham Business Park.
The programme, which will be aired again on Sunday, May 5 at 11.30am on Sky’s digital channel 212 or on Freesat channel 401, will also announce the company’s new communication app soon to be launched.
Verbatim, which employs 20 staff, was founded by entrepreneur Graham Hill in 1997 and is now one of the country’s leading professional telephone answering businesses, handling calls for many of the UK’s top companies.
