Newbury-based international M&A specialist BCMS Corporate has finalised the transatlantic sale of award-winning multi-disciplinary architects Taylor Young Holdings to the IBI Group Inc.Based in the North West, Taylor Young has earned an outstanding reputation for the quality of its architectural, urban design, town planning and landscaping work for clients in the housing, education, health, commercial and specialist public sectors. These include work on a £20 million project at Aintree University Hospital in Liverpool as well as master planning for the Bio Campus and Royal Campus in the city. Under the terms of the sale the company will now be known as IBI Taylor Young.

Vickie Hood, deal leader at BCMS Corporate, said: “We’re delighted to have secured the sale of Taylor Young. It is fantastic business, at the forefront of its sector, and with the support of the IBI Group, looks poised for continued growth.”
