Gather & Gather Café, located in Winnersh Triangle Business Park, has appointed Lee Mildenhall as new head chef.

Lee’s previous experience includes working at Tom Kerridge’s The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, the only UK pub to achieve two Michelin stars, and Vodafone’s Newbury headquarters. His most recent position was head chef at Newbury’s Halfway Inn.

Lee will be charged with Gather & Gather’s three Winnersh Triangle locations, including co-working space The Exchange. His appointment coincides with a newly redesigned menu, which will show calorie counts alongside the food.

Eilidh McAllister, Senior Asset Manager at Winnersh Triangle said: “We are delighted to welcome Lee to the Park. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and we know he has some great ideas.

“He’s been working with the team behind the scenes to ensure that the new menu is perfect for our occupiers, including the bi-weekly BBQ’s and we can’t wait to find out what everyone thinks.”

Gather & Gather have also announced that they have partnered with a number of Winnersh tenants to provide subsidised meals for their employees.
