A new estate agency has launched in Chandler's Ford, Hampshire Southampton, which aims to bring new thinking and lots of experience to the residential property market.

Behind Rowe & Co Homes is experienced local estate agent Rob Rowe, who is managing director. He is joined by associate director James Steele.

Rowe was worked in the local property market for more than 25 years, including leading multiple offices for well-known firms - Pearsons and White & Guard.

"I know how fractured and disjointed the process of buying or selling a house can be," he said.

"For over 30 years our team has been working in the Southampton property industry and we, like many, have felt frustrated with the flaws in the local housing market.

"Too often national and local property firms have neglected the need for real relationships, farming parts of the property journey out by department or outsourced provider and leaving buyers and sellers alike trying to connect the dots on their own."

Rowe & Co wants to move the dial, he said.

"With a unique approach to property, we create a seamless journey from valuation to viewing to offer and completion - where one partner looks after your purchase or sale from start to finish.

"Our goal is to be a real partner for our clients right from the start, one point of contact for valuation, photography, getting you on the market, viewings and all the way through to completion - that’s how we’re going to raise property standards across Southampton."

Steele added: "With our partner-led approach we’ll be able to work directly with vendors and buyers, helping them to speed up the property journey."

The fledgling company’s first office opened in Chandler's Ford on December 11 and there are plans to expand to other locations in the area in the next two years.

Since 1999, Rob Rowe has worked his way up through local independent agencies to become the youngest ever branch manager, opening new storefronts and growing local agencies to new heights.

Property professional Steele has also managed two of Hampshire’s busiest branches at Basingstoke and Winchester before joining a local, boutique independent property agency.
