Making learning part of the day job is our mission

With over 25 years’ experience in sales and sales management the one thing that hasn’t changed is the importance of the sales conversation. Without doubt the world has changed and is continuing to change at a rapid pace, digital revolution, disruptive new entrants changing the way people buy,  easy access to information; buyers are better informed than ever before. They expect more from those who are selling to them.

Our sales teams need to be equipped to cope with these changes. How will your business get ahead of and stay ahead of your competition? This is a key challenge for all of us in business today including some of the clients we have been working with over the last 2 years such as, Virgin Media, Vodafone, Travis Perkins, BT and Rawlplug.

At Enable Sales Academy we improve performance by enabling sales teams to have the right conversation with the right people at the right time.

Working with sales leaders to define what good looks like, we help develop sales methodology, refine the sales process and enable sales teams to improve performance through training, sales tool adoption and developing a coaching culture within organisations.

Making learning part of the day job is our mission; as part of that we are working to develop a coaching APP that will enable sales people to have the right conversation and managers coach their teams throughout the sales process.

We are thrilled to have been involved in the WINN Make It Happen Challenge and would like to thank the sponsors for their offer of help as we develop our new APP. I look forward to working with them.
