The winners of the UK’s Best Workplaces were announced in London recently, with Pharmalink Consulting named 20th in the Best Small UK Workplace category.

A specialist global regulatory affairs consultancy, Pharmalink's worldwide headquarters are based in Maidenhead on the Vanwall Business Park.

The Great Place to Work Institute UK is part of the world's largest consultancy that specialises in workplace assessment and enhancement. Every year Great Place to Work surveys some 6,000 organisations throughout the world, collectively representing a total of around 10 million employees. The survey provides unrivalled insight into employee culture and helps business leaders improve performance by better understanding the needs of their work force and workplace culture.

Great Place to Work used two tools to assess the success of the companies surveyed: the culture audit examined the ways in which management have created trust in the workplace, while the trust index survey was used to measure the effectiveness of those HR efforts from an employee perspective.

Pharmalink chairman Peter Griffin said: “We are thrilled and proud to receive such a well-respected accolade. It really is testament to our truly outstanding team of employees. We constantly strive to maintain a friendly and progressive environment and it’s so rewarding to get such positive feedback.”
