Since London is the centre of business and banking in the UK, as well as a cultural hotspot, it makes sense that it is also one of the most sought after conference locations in the country.

The capital has a host of fantastic and innovative conference venues to choose from, with spaces that you can use to host everything from your company annual general meeting (AGM) to awards ceremonies that highlight some of the most successful companies in the Thames Valley region.

So, if you are thinking of holding a conference in London, here is our guide to some of the best business conferencing locations in London.

RocketSpace

An industry-leading tech hub, Rocketspace is the ideal place to hold a conference if you are a tech company or tech startup. The venue is specifically designed to cater to tech conferences and offers multi-purpose conference rooms, an event theatre that can comfortably hold 100 guests and has projection and audio-visual capabilities, an outdoor relaxation space, and even a fully catered food and drinks service.

One of the benefits of conferencing in London is that, once all the business of the day is out of the way, you can always find something exciting to do in the evening. From Rocketspace, for instance, it's only a short journey to the swanky Ritz Club Casino for a few spins on the slot machines, or the Dover Wine Bar for some classy cocktails.

If you need to practice your slot machine strategy before you play in front of your workmates, you can always prepare with a few free spins online.

Runway East

Runway East is located right in the heart of London’s financial district. The two conference spaces, Hangar58 and The Engine Room, have room for 150 people, audio/visual and projector support and even a fully licensed private bar.

The Brewery

One of London's foremost event and conference venues, The Brewery has six distinct and multi-functional event locations that can hold up to 1,000 people. Each space has an integrated public announcement system, free high-speed internet, and a built-in projector.

The Brewery is also famous for the quality of its catering service and its range of food and drink options.

Congress Centre

Located in Great Russell Street, Congress Centre also has six distinct event spaces that can hold up to 400 attendees. Each space has its own ceiling voice enhancement speakers and lighting equipment and support for these systems is provided by in-house technicians.

Plexal

Constructed to be reminiscent of a mini-city, Plexal is the biggest innovation centre in London. It can hold up to 300 people and is renowned for the quality of its cutting-edge audio and visual equipment.
