Lester Aldridge appointments create new Plot Sales Team
South Coast law firm Lester Aldridge has formed a new Plot Sales Team based at its Southampton office from two new appointments.
The team will be led by Allison Fuller (pictured, right), Director, and Sarah Harris (left), Senior Plot Sales Executive, who have both recently joined the firm.
Working on sites of varying sizes for national and regional housebuilders, PRS scheme providers and developers of more bespoke and luxury, smaller developments, they deal with all aspects of plot sales.
Allison’s prior experience covers all aspects of residential property transactions, with specialist knowledge in plot sales. Her previous experience in plot purchases gives her a valuable understanding of both sides of the transaction.

Sarah, meanwhile, has more than 20 years’ experience dealing with an array of residential properties and land covering both inner city and rural agricultural properties, with both registered and unregistered titles.
