Lester Aldridge appoint six apprentice solicitors
Lester Aldridge have increased the representation it can offer clients by hiring six graduate solicitor apprenticeships.
The South Coast law firm made the appointments to it's Bournemouth office staff.
Solicitor apprenticeships offer an alternative route for people wishing to qualify as a solicitor. The apprentices will work four day weeks at the firm.
This permits day release for study allowing the apprentices to "earn while they learn" and gain practical experience at the same time.
Matthew Barrow, Managing Partner at Lester Aldridge, said: “I am excited to welcome our first intake of solicitor apprentices. As well as offering graduates the ability to earn a salary while preparing for the SQE exams, it also gives our apprentices the chance to develop the skills and competencies required for working as a solicitor at LA."
The graduate solicitor apprentices, are (pictured left to right) Kerry Bosher, Fiona Kirkpatrick, Ben Temblett, Oliver Jarvis, Freya and Phoebe Rowe.
