Lambert Smith Hampton has made a significant promotion within its Berkshire leadership team. The move is designed to support the company's aim to assist development across the firm's various valuation, building consultancy, property management and lease advice services.

Jon Rea-Palmer will take over as the head of LSH's Maidenhead and Reading offices. Jon has been with Lambert Smith Hampton for the past 12 years and is well known in the industry in the Thames Valley region.

Jon will continue to represent some of the firm's major corporate occupiers, including AXA, Thames Valley Police, BBC, Hastings Direct and the NHS. As well carry on working for the firm's investor and developer clients such as Mayfair Capital, Moda and Worthing Borough Council.

Jon is, of course, very pleased with the announcement. He said this about the promotion: “It’s a privilege to have been asked to lead both the Reading and Maidenhead offices, which are both key centres within LSH’s wider office network. It is both an exciting and a challenging time for this market and we are committed to delivering best advice to our clients throughout the region.”

Ryan Dean is the Head of Transactional Services at LSH. These are his thoughts on Jon's appointment: “Jon is a valued and trusted colleague within LSH’s agency team and the wider business. I can think of no better person to reignite and lead our growth in the Region.”
