Kingston Bagpuize: Newton Europe finalist in the Santander 'Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year' category

Oxfordshire-based Newton Europe has been announced a finalist in the Santander 'Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year' category of the National Business Awards. 

Newton, which is based in Kingston Bagpuize, specialises in helping its clients get more out of their operational processes and supply chains to deliver a 10% to 50% improvement. It works across a range of sectors including: manufacturing, air, land and sea, services, healthcare and local government.

Unlike a typical management consultancy, Newton’s approach doesn’t focus on strategy, re-structuring or re-organisation, but instead, focuses on identifying and resolving issues that limit performance to deliver a tangible and measurable improvement, backed by a unique no-result, no-fee model.

Finalists were chosen from the hundreds of businesses that entered or were nominated for the titles, and will now prepare to make presentations to expert juries who will decide the category winners. The overall winners across all 17 categories will be revealed at the awards ceremony on November 12 at the Grosvenor House, London.

This year’s shortlisted businesses have a collective global turnover of more than £341 billion, covering activities as diverse as telecoms, construction, entertainment, publishing and manufacturing. One fifth of the finalists turnover more than £1b annually - with the lowest turnover peaking at £30k and the highest reaching £55b.
