HR software provider CIPHR announces three new directors

UK HR SaaS provider CIPHR has made three director-level appointments to expand its senior management team and support its ongoing growth strategy. The news comes following the announcement of a new CFO last month.

With immediate effect, Colin Bull has become Director of Product Design, Sinu Mohan has been named Director of Professional Services, and Ben Gammons returns to CIPHR as its new Director of Customer Support.

Bull founded and managed until recently the enterprise learning management system, Digits. CIPHR acquired Digits last September; it counts big names like the RAC, Kingfisher Group, The Telegraph, and Renault, among its customers. Bull will be bringing over 30 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of digital design, development, and delivery to his new role at CIPHR, where he will now oversee the design and development of the CIPHR Connect suite of HCM software.

Director of Professional Services, Mohan will continue to head up HR and payroll implementation, as well as Digits implementation, managed services and payroll support. He joined CIPHR as Head of Payroll Implementation and support in 2020, following CIPHR’s acquisition of Payroll Business Solutions (PBS) in late 2019. For over 15 years (from 2015 to 2020 and 2004 to 2014), he was employed almost exclusively by PBS.

Gammons rejoins CIPHR and brings experience managing various levels of technical support teams: providing software support to enterprise customers in the telephony, customer engagement, and HR software sectors.

Bull will report to CIPHR’s COO Matt Russell, while Mohan and Gammons will report to CIPHR’s director of people and services, Claire Williams.
