The West Sussex law firm PDT solicitors has promoted two of its prized assets to Partner this week. Chehraz Fox (Commercial Real Estate & Healthcare) and Ben Ashworth (Commercial Dispute Resolution) have been rewarded at PDT due to what the company calls their 'significant and sustained contribution'.
An expert in commercial real estate law and a central member of the firm's healthcare team, Chehraz also acts for a bank which specialises in supporting investment in the third sector. She hopes to use her promotion to Partner to enable PDT to focus on developing their services in the charity and voluntary sector.
Ben, a figure of PDT's dispute resolution team is known for his immense technical knowledge, as well as his ability to demonstrate pragmatism and common sense with clients. Ben currently plays a key role in advising insolvency practitioners and is currently spearheading the firm’s aviation practice.
