The BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair outdoor event takes place in the grounds of Beaulieu, Hampshire, from 28 to 30 May and will feature the all-new Hillier Experience.

For almost 30 years, visitors to BBC Gardeners’ World Live at Birmingham’s NEC have enjoyed a host of gardening advice and inspiration. With gardening becoming increasingly popular and with an eye on brighter times ahead in 2021, for the first time, a Spring Fair has been added to the calendar.

As headline partner for the event, the award-winning team at Romsey-based Hillier has designed a new visitor attraction, which will give visitors inspiration, advice and retail. At its heart will be a stunning plant display, overflowing with garden ideas and planting combinations to try at home. Hillier experts will also be available to give one-to-one advice on any aspect of gardening. The retail section of the Hillier Experience will allow inspiration to become reality, with a selection of top-quality plants grown by Hillier on their nurseries in Hampshire available to purchase.

Hillier is renowned for top-quality plants, including important plant introductions throughout the company’s history. This tradition of innovation is set to continue at the Spring Fair, as Hillier plans to launch a new plant at the event.

“We are excited to be headline partner of the new BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair in Beaulieu,” said Chris Francis, wholesale and retail director of Hillier. “BBC Gardeners’ World Live has a great reputation for bringing inspiration to the home gardener, which is part of the Hillier ethos too.

“We are looking forward to meeting many gardeners over the weekend, showcasing our Hillier Experience display and sharing our expert advice so they can get even more enjoyment from their own gardens.”
