Bucks New University is hosting the fourth in a series of free community lectures featuring high profile guest speakers.

Sara Thornton is the chief constable of Thames Valley Police, the largest non-Metropolitan force in England and Wales.
During her lecture, she will consider key issues facing the police service over the coming decades. These include balancing the crime and disorder needs of local communities with ensuring national resilience against serious and organised crime, the role of technology and surveillance, and increasing public engagement with policing.
